Camp Applications

Everything needed for camper registration and staff service.

Important: Camper applications must be completed by May 12, 2025, to receive the early-bird rate; tuition increases by $25 after that.
Tuition: Pee Wee $110 ($135 after May 12) • Senior & Junior $150 ($175 after May 12) • College & Career $95 ($120 after May 12)

Camper Applications (Available March 1)

Register campers, review packing guidance, and download the official camper policy.

Staff Applications (Available March 1)

Apply to serve at camp and submit the required pastoral endorsement forms.

What to Bring (and What Not to Bring)

Keep it simple: pack for active days, worship nights, and respectful camp life.

What to Bring to Camp

  • Blanket, pillow & bedding (twin sheet or sleeping bag)
  • Clothes for 6 days of play & 5 nights of church (a little less for Pee Wee and College & Career)
  • Tennis shoes/sneakers (for active games)
  • Swimsuit(s)
  • Sunscreen
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, etc.)
  • Bath towels and washcloths
  • Medication/prescriptions (if required)
Note: Camp Nurse will administer all medications.
Optional: Hair dryer • Bible • Paper/pencil/pen • Hat/cap • Softball glove • Umbrella or rain coat/poncho

What Not to Bring to Camp

To protect the atmosphere of the Christian camping experience—and to provide a safe and enjoyable stay—please do not bring:
  • Cell phones (parents are discouraged from sending phones with campers)
  • Weapons of any kind, or any object that could be construed as a weapon
  • Radios, TVs, video games, CD/MP3 players, toys
  • Skateboards/skates; tobacco or vaping products of any kind
Camp directors have phones available, and a contact number will be provided at check-in upon request. Emergencies are handled by staff.
